Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:
Jewelry pieces in their original condition can be returned WITHIN 3 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Rarebird does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. All returns must be submitted via email rarebird.jewels@gmail.com

If an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost. No exceptions. 

 

RETURN TIMEFRAME:
Returns must be sent back within 3 days of your item(s) delivery date.  Please ensure your package will arrive in time. If we do not receive your return within 3 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted for store credit.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s). We will not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless it was a mistake on our part). We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

 

STORE CREDIT:
Once we receive your return, it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days. After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. Store credit does not have an expiry date.

 

REFUNDS:
We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. No exceptions. Only store credit is issued.

 

EXCHANGES:
Due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return your item for store credit which can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS:
All sale and custom jewelry are final sale. No exchange or store credit is given. Flash sale promotions are final sale.
